Pete came and cleaned 2 (I’m ashamed to say grubby) dining room chairs plus my stairs and landing carpet. Pete was incredibly professional, he took his time and did the job to a very high standard. We look after dogs and it’s a joy to have a lovely fresh carpet back and the chairs look like they are new! I went with Pete because I liked the fact he is properly trained and a member of the NCCA so I know my furnishings are in safe hands. Pete was polite, pleasant and very respectful of our home and helped with little bits of advice on how carpets should be cared for and how beneficial maintenance cleans can be. I hope to be a customer for many years to come and when we get new living room carpet at the end of the year I know who I’ll be asking to come in 2025 to clean it.

Please ensure your carpets are cleared as much as possible and any breakables removed. As part of our standard service we will move chairs, sofas and tables around to clean where they have been situated, and will replace them afterwards. We do ask that any heavier items of furniture be moved by yourself before we arrive, or we can clean around them.
Pets are a part of the family, and so we clean up after them as well! During service we recommend you keep your pet somewhere they will be comfortable, as not all of our furry friends like the sound of vacuums or unfamiliar people in their space. Let us know how you’d like to handle your pet ahead of time to keep them safe and happy.

We do our utmost to remove all stains, however we cannot guarantee complete stain removal as some stains can be permanent colour changes to the carpet fibres, e.g. bleach. Some stubborn stains can be removed after repeated treatment.
Most carpets will be touch dry within 1-3 hours. It is better to leave them to dry thoroughly before walking on them, and we recommend waiting overnight before moving back your furniture.
No, we can clean your carpets whilst you are at work or on holiday. We can arrange key collection or a key can be left with a friend or neighbour. We can also come to do your cleans in the evenings and at weekends.

Regular carpet cleaning using the extraction method can increase the life of carpets significantly. Having your carpets professionally cleaned at least twice a year can really help extend their life.
DIY carpet cleaners remove some water and dirt, but they are ineffective at thoroughly drying your carpets, which can leave them soggy and musty-smelling.
We recommend that you have your upholstery sofa professionally cleaned once a year to keep it hygienic and extend its lifespan.
Not all upholstered furniture is created equally, and the wrong method can cause permanent damage. We thoroughly inspect your couch to find the appropriate cleaning method, then tackle it correctly.
